Beds, paths, paving joints and gravel cleared back to a clean finish, roots included. On damp low-lying ground weeds establish quickly and hold on, so a surface tidy rarely lasts.
How we handle weeding
Front screens and boundary hedges cut to a clean line. Where a hedge is taking weather off the bay on one face, we cut to balance it rather than opening up the side that is doing the work.
How we trim hedges
Mulch at a depth that suits ground which already holds moisture. On the lower blocks we keep it lighter, because heavy mulch over damp soil holds it wet rather than helping.
What our mulching involves
Green waste, cleared growth, old turf and yard rubbish taken away. For properties being cleared between tenants this is usually the bulk of the job, and we size the removal in the quote.
See our rubbish removal
Lifting canopies off roofs, gutters and fences and reducing growth that has gone one-sided in the wind. On shared boundaries we work to the fence line and leave the neighbour's side clean.
See our pruning and trimming
New lawn over prepared and levelled soil. On the lower Rockdale blocks we sort the drainage first, because turf laid over ground that holds water will not see out a wet season.
How we lay new turf
Removing a tree that has outgrown a compact block or is dropping over a roof. Bayside Council controls removal and significant pruning of many established trees, and we check before quoting.
