New lawn over ground that has been decompacted, graded and prepared. Around a rebuild the soil has been driven over for months, and opening it up again is what lets the lawn root properly.
How we lay new turf
Alfresco areas, paths and driveway edges paved to a level, free-draining finish. Where a slab or scaffolding sat, the base needs rebuilding or the paving will settle unevenly.
How we approach paving
Walls to hold a change of level and recover flat yard, including where a rebuild has left the ground stepping awkwardly against a boundary or a new slab.
How we build retaining walls
Boundary screens and front hedges cut to a clean line. After a two-storey rebuild, screening matters more than it did, because the neighbours now overlook more of the yard.
How we trim hedges
Mulch at a depth that suppresses weeds and holds moisture on an exposed block, which most of these are until new planting establishes.
More on mulching
Lifting canopies off a new roofline and gutters, and reducing what survived the build to suit the garden's new shape.

Beds, paving joints and gravel cleared back to a clean finish, roots included. Disturbed ground around a build grows weeds quickly and clearing before planting saves repeating it.
More on weeding
Construction leftovers, broken concrete, excess fill, old paving and green waste taken away. Clearing after a rebuild is usually more than one load and we size it in the quote.

Removing a tree damaged during a build or now too close to a new structure. Where approval is needed we confirm which council applies to your address before quoting.
