Cracking, sinking and wobble almost always trace back to a poor base or bad drainage. We compact the sub-base properly and set falls so water runs off instead of pooling, which is what keeps paving stable for the long run.

I had to completely refurbish my apartment veranda. A lot of work repotting 15 huge troughs and pots and I was quite particular about the soil I wanted. This is five star gardening for sure! I was desperate for a good gardener as my garden had several bush stumps to remove! No one wanted the job, it was too hard others said. I phoned Terry and he very quickly organised a gardener, Robert, to come out two days after I called. Robert was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Terry and his team have just completed work for me and I am extremely pleased with the result. It involved the redesign design of an unusually shaped large area which had to be leveled. Old pavers had to be taken up and relaid, new gardens and a clothes line area established and turf laid. All this had to be done with curved lines.
