This Leichhardt landscaping project involved a complete backyard transformation, converting an outdated and underutilised outdoor space into a clean, modern, and family-friendly garden.
The project began with the removal of overgrown vegetation, unwanted plants, weeds, and garden debris to create a clear foundation for the new landscape design. Following the site preparation, our team constructed a series of timber retaining walls around the perimeter of the yard to improve levels, maximise usable space, and create raised garden beds.
New premium soil was supplied and spread throughout the garden beds before a selection of ornamental screening plants was installed to enhance privacy and soften the surrounding fence lines. Fresh mulch was then applied to retain moisture, suppress weed growth, and provide a neat finished appearance.
To complete the transformation, the lawn area was carefully prepared and levelled before new turf was laid across the backyard, creating a lush, low-maintenance outdoor area suitable for entertaining, relaxing, and family activities.
The finished result is a modern landscape that combines practical retaining walls, fresh turf, and attractive garden beds to significantly improve both the functionality and visual appeal of the property.
